Horrible - Anonymous employee Teavana Employee Review

Though owned by Starbucks, Teavana's corporate structure is still fairly autonomous and this is a serious problem. Teavana has no idea how to run their company; their pay for general managers is among the lowest in retail especially for the amount of work that is expected. One of the worst employment experiences I have ever had.
