Pros
Growing company with great benefits. The people that you will work with are great, they will end up being friends you keep after you leave. You will learn how to sell at this company whether you like it or not, and you will be good at it. There is also a lot of room for growth.
Cons
While the benefits are great, the pay is ridiculous. What the General Managers make here is comparable to Assistant Managers or lower positions at most other retail companies. Also, the reason for the "opportunity for growth" is mainly because of the high turnover. There are certain people high up in the company (a Regional Director) that have their plan and they will run over you without second thought, and in some of the sneakiest ways possible. It can be very high-stress.
