Its just Tea!!!! - Sales Associate Teavana Employee Review

I thought I was hired based on my sales experience, but it turns out the company will hire any warm body to push their sale gimmicks. Very aggressive in sales and no room to be yourself when selling items. I thought we were only going to be trained about the tea and products, but it was very heavy handed in learning how to be pushy with people and forcing them to spend more than what they probably can afford.
