Pros
Reasonable hours, as the store is located in a mall. Fair compensation and benefits package, including 401k for Team Leads. Fantastic tea, easy-to-learn sales process, and a great group of salespeople. Also, it's a great job if you want a challenge everyday in terms of keeping up with sales goals and helping lots of different kinds of people. Additionally, advancement opportunities are well within the reach of anyone who is interested in 'climbing' the corporate ladder.
Cons
Sometimes the pressure to keep numbers up can be a bit stressful, like any job, and mall work does come with some downsides, but overall, this is a great job for someone interested in a retail job with many, many opportunities for advancement.
