Founder gone. Many changes made that don't improve company or corporate culture. There are many disgruntled former employee's. Take all promises made, with a 'grain of salt'.

Lack of communication from management, competitive attitude among coworkers, petty management, lack of credit where due sometimes. I had 3 years of solid experience and they gave me entry level salary.
