Cliquey. Unless you are social with everyone outside of work you will never get ahead. If you are not in a management position, your opinions do not matter. Rampant homophobia, racism, and classism hidden behind fake smiles.

Lack of communication from management, competitive attitude among coworkers, petty management, lack of credit where due sometimes. I had 3 years of solid experience and they gave me entry level salary.
