      Occasionally you can work from home, benefits such as the medical, dental, vision, occasional parties/celebrations

      Cons

      Politics, no 401k, no job security, work like robots, vacation time is horrible, you only get 2 sick days per year. Not many opportunities for raises or promotions. You must have at least 8 years to advance in the company.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
