      Pros

      Joining as fresher is okay if you don't have any offer. If you are lucky u will get good technology and project where you can learn. Would be a better work place for experience candidates with less work pressure and flexibility.

      Cons

      Less paid salary compared to all other MNCs. No more projects as hiring freshers and keeping them idle for long time.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
