      Pros

      No pros just luckily got a WFH only project which are very less in Tech Mahindra.

      Cons

      HR are not communicating properly. They don't have good projects to work on. Bench policy is 30-45 days based on your band. They don't give clarity on how soon a person can be released if they are on bench. No hikes and promotion given. Processes are not transparent.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
