Pros

You don't have to take your laptop home. [Ahmedabad location only]

Cons

No facilities to sit, eat and no mobiles allowed. Also, there is so much politics. Apart from that you are not allowed to learn and upskill yourself (in some teams) during working hours even if you have completed your daily assigned work. No appreciation and rewards for your good work. Note : This review is only for TechM Ahmedabad location.

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Cons

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
