Pros
Lots of opportunities in terms of projects / technologies. Some great people to work with who are a great help, both in terms of professional and personal life. The best part of TechM is it's various cultural events held at regular intervals. So much of fun activities held for the associates to get relief from their daily work
Cons
Sometimes people are stuck with the same project even if they want to switch over. People are tend to spend more than the desired time working on the project for deliverable.
