Pros
Good brand value. If your lucky you will land up in one of the best projects in any company else worst also.
Cons
Worst management. Insensitive HR. Lack of importance given to individual growth. Worst method of assigning projects to associates ie based on first come first serve rather than skills. Managers tend to have personal vendetta against team members during appraisals. Higher management is not bothered about lowest level employee.
