      Pros

      I joined TechM as an ITPian through college campus. Initial 3 months of intense techincal training (ITP) helped me a lot to shift completely from electronics background to IT. Also after joining on project having base technology as Siebel CRM domain, which has quite a good scope acrros IT industry globally, I got good opportunities to learn new technologies and overall professional experiance.

      Cons

      The assignments of good opportunites most of the time does not depend on deserving capabilities.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
