Not employment friendly like Satyam Expect associates to put in lot of hours -two persons effort from one, No hike for years even for star performers Resourcing group will not place associates on business wait. One business group will work like independent entity and don’t like to share resources HR will call associates to separate them out of Org and indirectly make employees quit organization if associates appear on BW with no fault of theirs. HR will provide ultimatums if associate doesn’t relocate to offshore ( happened to my team members) Additional hours will neither be paid nor compensated. Nor associates will be rewarded or recognized for their talent. Associates are not paid in full for their relocation expenses in US even when they have relocated for business. Finance makes them wait for more than 8-10 months demanding COO approval for even smallest deviations Cream and competitive teams have left organization dissatisfied with this Micromanagement and inflexible corporate culture
