      Good and long opportunities for Fake, Lazy and non-technical resources

      Cons

      No technical growth, Most of the projects are Night shifts. Too much red tape. everything cascades up to leadership for approvals. No Hike ,less in house project No carrier plan, macho company, too much political problems Job stability is shaky, Benefits are almost none, not even worth taking it from them. Horrible work culture Work-Life balance is mess Night shifts as most of the clients are US no opportunities for growth- no raises, increase, or promotion given to anyone i have ever worked with in the 5 years i have worked here. favoritism shown to sales teams only. also demanding work hours, and everything always done/decided on last minute.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
