Pros

I must enter None twice

Cons

No zero stars? They will try to tweak the contract always to their favor. A lot you will not know why till you get there and see that you are screwed. The same job, ten different compensations depends on how successful you were in negotiating. The worst environment. No or little communication. No training, no direction, you can be thrown under the bus many times in one day. they don't support you or motivate you. They keep open jobs to their people. They will try to replace you if they find someone can do it for less even though no English. They will try to always win against you, no bonuses or raises unless they need you and you show them another job offer. They apply trial and error in Management large projects. Come after a year and try to align back when it is too late in the game. They will not pay your expenses unless you go on your knee. They bring people from abroad with fake resumes and they have a lot of immigration issues and soon tax issues.

Pros

* Pay arrives on time, consistently. * Benefits package is decent relative to the industry. * They do invest in internal training programs.

Cons

* Promotions happen, but pay raises simply do not — in three years, I never witnessed a single one, regardless of title or tenure. * They clawed back a 1% cost-of-living raise by quietly cutting variable pay by an equivalent amount. * Overtime is effectively off the table. Budget comes first, always. * HR exists on paper only. Don't expect support or resolution when you need it. * Expense reimbursements — including professional certifications — are like pulling teeth. Expect a fight. * Benefits and perks have been steadily eroded over time to cut costs. * Certain groups of employees are visibly and consistently treated with less respect, given fewer opportunities, and held to different standards than others. Leadership has shown no interest in addressing it.
