Pros

- Brand Name - Good Senior Management

Cons

- Partial Management, better onsite opportunities mostly to employees who do buttering to the managers (Not all managers are like that) - Not supportive RMG (Resource Management Group) People are forced to select a project or resign else threatened that a warning letter would be issued if not obliged - Policies are Pro-Management and not employee friendly. - The working hours defined here are 9:30 Hours/ day

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Cons

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
