Pros
Go for project having onsite opportunities. Good for freshers, not in terms of money but in terms of training. Be wise while selecting your projects
Cons
Manadatory 9.5 hours, Pathetic Appraisals, They are combining bad policies of Satyam and TechMahindra and omitting good things. You should not expect good increase in first year of joining. Though many unbilled managers gets good appraisals not sure how.
