Pros
1. Leader in telecom domain. So if you get into BT projects then there are high chances of getting onsite. 2. Can learn some of the telecom and networking concepts
Cons
1. Salary sucks 2. Incompetent middle management 3. Tech leads are for name sake. Not good technically at all. 4. Don't keep their promises regarding salary hike, bonuses etc,. 5. You can't get out of any project unless you quit. 6. Do whatever client says even if its impossible. 7. Policies regarding salary structure, variable pay, appraisal are not transparent. 8. You may have to wait for 5 years atleast to get to next level unless you are manager's "pet". 9. Too much of process for everything to maintain CMM Level 5.
