The surrounding are neat and comforting.

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever worked in! one of the worst HR specially in Chandigarh office, full of themselves like they've climbed a mountain or what!Never been helpful in any possible way! and please I'd appreciate if anyone could help management with basic english lessons. I've got all my PF funds struck because of their carelessness, which I saved from past 4 years. DO not join this shithole.

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Cons

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
