Friendly Environment among employees. Flexible Timings. All in the hands of managers.No need for technical skills;Be friendly with managers,any work(promotion,on-site opportunity, sal hike,leaves) is done for you.
Cons
For everything; policies are there but no one follows them. No fair policy. No employee feedback. No transparency.No value for experienced people. No recognition of talent.All in hands of middle level management and managers.More politics. And the Mumabi location is horrible for working. Bangalore location is better.
