      Pros

      Timings are a little flexible, once again that depends on the manager whom you work for. You can take some days off, Once again depending on manager's approval. Sometimes you can go and talk to higher-ups without following standard protocol.

      Cons

      Salary is a huge disappointment Half of the managers don't know a thing and they ask you to stay back and work late. and once again.. salary!!! Huge disappointment.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
