      Pros

      Good peer environment,good manager(atleast for me),dynamic work environment(If u like shifts),you will be able to put all ur potential in the projects(if u are into one).

      Cons

      People lack professionalism especially some of HRs(personal experience), lack of learning opportunities and yeah high paycuts low in hand salary, not employee frndly mngmnt( mostly middle level mngmnt they dont giv a damn abt u).

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
