Pros

Job security, career path, super health insurance, friendly coworker

Cons

No bonus or whatsoever, seniority along with their ignorance, volatile work environment, some of the coworker technical knowledge were less, very less salary hike, SOW extends by itself without clarity, computer security system called zscaler decreasing much our work pace speed, it will make the computer extremely lagging

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Cons

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
