Pros

Little to no level of experience is needed when applying for a job.

Cons

While the above is true, one of the few BPO companies that offer below minimum wage. Like the problem with most BPOs, the environment will be largely dependent on TLs and middle management if they will foster a toxic (screaming at people, or engaging in power play) environment

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Cons

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
