Pros
The company has a certain startup package, flying in people from the abroad. The premises are new, modern but somewhat limited. Some employees in the adminstration are helpful. And, their coffe is good.
Cons
The problem with this firm is the dishonest way they behaves. When saying one thing in work interviews (work few/no weekends, late shifts), when in practice assigning work almost every weekend, and a lateshift for 14 days in a row is nothing but long range of lies, and a total disrespect for the employee, and the worst exploitation of workers I ever saw. Note also, that work after 22, til over midnight, which not even reveled before you are employed, is not even remunerated with a proper night salary, In all, this shameful way of operating is thoroughly exploitational, and VERY, VERY SNEAKY.
