The company has focus on the telecom domain. Good opportunities to acquire domain specific skills. Good work life balance. Not much pressure on employees.
Cons
Cant relocate to other offices easily. Rigid "Business Unit" structure makes it very difficult to move from one unit to another. Average intelligence of the employees as a whole is low. Policies are very rigid and ridiculous too.
