Pros

Like many places Management personnel are what allows team members to succeed and so far my experience with the management staff has been some of best I’ve worked with.

Cons

Once you lock into your salary, does not even matter if it’s a yearly increase or promotion it’s a % increase and they do not budge from that and it’s minimal at best. Little to no work life balance

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Cons

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
