TechM gives a lot of respect and opportunities for ex-employees of HCL as the entire top management are from HCL. Fairly good capability in Telecom services
Cons
Too many managers who does not know how to do anything except management. Non existent capability building. Too much focus on selling and trying to oversell. Non existent delivery function, everybody does resource management only
