Pros
Matches market values for pay and has very good benefits. Generally very understanding and willing to work with individual employees. They also respect employee time and insist no one works more than they're supposed to.
Cons
Fairly disorganized. Employees get moved around different projects frequently and communication can get inconsistent. These are pains of a quickly growing company, though, so it may or may not straighten out over time.
