Don't believe their career growth lies - Account Management Specialist TechSoup Employee Review

First, we appreciate the time you took to write and share this feedback. We learn from all feedback, good and bad. A lot of team members would agree what keeps them at TechSoup is its people and culture. We've all worked hard to uphold the organizational values that we believe in. Diversity and inclusion is an ongoing effort for any organization. Our executive leadership team, at this time, is made up of approximately 64% women and 36% men. In the last year, 32 of people have had the chance to grow their roles with TechSoup. The balance has been 59% women, 41% men. In addition, our pay is within line of other nonprofits. We supplement that with additional benefits including a flexible work schedule, a paid week off at year’s end, additional paid-time off and more. Thank you again for your comments.
