      Pros

      - some great colleagues - very stable and normal 9ish-5ish - nice shared work office space and ergonomic equipment - meaningful work helping nonprofits

      Cons

      - not much room for growth - not much room for innovation - some of the managers are difficult to get along with

      Pros

      Work life balance and some tireless colleagues

      Cons

      No direction whatsoever. Chasing CEO's half baked ideas to produce very little of value. Using tech that is decades old and trying to be an authority on nonprofit tech. They give "promotions", which for them means no pay increase but taking on the work of someone who quit.
