combines work that makes a difference in the state of civil society around the world with business driven initiatives; great to work for a non-profit that is a social enterprise earning revenues to reinvest in exciting projects
Cons
as with many non-profits, appetite for new projects and collaboration is big so the pace can be fast and sometimes feels like you're doing more than is possible
