      Great mission, employees who genuinely care about doing good into this world

      Cons

      Leadership team is very biased and plays favorites. There is no strategy within the organization and no defined clear path or a discussion around it.

      Work life balance and some tireless colleagues

      Cons

      No direction whatsoever. Chasing CEO's half baked ideas to produce very little of value. Using tech that is decades old and trying to be an authority on nonprofit tech. They give "promotions", which for them means no pay increase but taking on the work of someone who quit.
