      remote work; flexibility; i can't find another reason.

      Cons

      Unethical; no sensitivity to other races or cultures; no work/life balance; management plays favorites; they don't walk the talk.

      Pros

      Work life balance and some tireless colleagues

      Cons

      No direction whatsoever. Chasing CEO's half baked ideas to produce very little of value. Using tech that is decades old and trying to be an authority on nonprofit tech. They give "promotions", which for them means no pay increase but taking on the work of someone who quit.
