      Pros

      Amazing people who care about what they do and work to address real-world problems

      Cons

      There are lots of ideas to address social issues, but the programs have limited value, and fundraising is not a strength, so there are ongoing financial issues (e.g. low pay, no pay raises, no career advancement).

      Pros

      Work life balance and some tireless colleagues

      Cons

      No direction whatsoever. Chasing CEO's half baked ideas to produce very little of value. Using tech that is decades old and trying to be an authority on nonprofit tech. They give "promotions", which for them means no pay increase but taking on the work of someone who quit.
