      Overall good company to work for. Building provides gym, dentistry and clinic.

      Cons

      Management shows no loyalty to hard workers. It's all about favoritism of a family member or close friend. You will not advance no matter how hard you work. No training you have to fend for yourself.

      Constantly changing leaders in key roles and with their very strong opinions, all of the processes and the way you were conducting work. No accountability for bad leadership.
