      Pros

      International opportunities, good 401k program, flexible work schedules. Management is trying to get control a year after a tough merger.

      Cons

      No clear leadership - they waited too long to decide how to manage the company. Legacy employees from both companies openly block progress and infighting is terrible. The best talent is leaving because they are being stifled or pushed out by political nonsense.

      Cons

      Constantly changing leaders in key roles and with their very strong opinions, all of the processes and the way you were conducting work. No accountability for bad leadership.
