Management are a shambles, Project standards are non existent. No checking of calculations, drawings being issued, no check prints, superceded or masters kept. Never seen anything like it in 10 years. Racist staff to anyone not french, worse if you have brown skin. refusal to speak english, xenophobia is rife, poor engineering and ideas. People keep their jobs here forever, no motivation for anyone.
