      The people you work with are great, friendly, share information, and help each other.

      Cons

      The company's management has created an HR culture that is elusive and doesn't support growth plans for employees. Once you work at the company that one specific thing you are doing is all you can ever be. Use the place for some experience and training, leave, and return to have any career or compensation mobility. Work life balance doesn't exist for the pay level.

      Cons

      Constantly changing leaders in key roles and with their very strong opinions, all of the processes and the way you were conducting work. No accountability for bad leadership.
