Pros

Good Sales Experience and good people, fun atmosphere, team events. Opportunities to give back to the community and charities. Free parking, one hour lunch break, friendly secretarial staff.

Cons

Company has no direction, there's not a sustainable system in place for real growth. The recruiting system is broken because recruiters are either too lazy or too stupid to find a prime candidate. There are limited tools that the company is willing to invest in. Health insurance that is offered is way too expensive especially if you have a family. The company doesn't contribute anything toward health insurance premiums. Extremely high turnover of experienced people. Insane amount of meetings that aren't really productive

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify we do in fact contribute 50% of the cost for an Employee plan and mirror that dollar amount amongst all other medical plans. We are a growing company and continuing to add additional salespeople and recruiters to serve our clients.

Pros

Family environment, good people, a lot of community events. Great place to get your feet wet in sales or recruiting without a ton of pressure really as long as u show up and try. But not a good place for longevity as there isn't much of a path for growth as a company or leaders to take them to the next level.

Cons

Lack of organization leadership is hindering growth. No real plan, no real metrics to shoot for, no real structure for success. It's all about how u fit in to their religion or if you get cozy with a couple tenured members then you are golden. Otherwise you won't get training or skills for success, basically a random luck of the draw on making calls and hoping to have opportunities. You can be demoted multiple times, quit, and then be brought back at a higher level of u know certain people in the company. Or u can be highly talented, not involved in their religious aspects as a company and u probably will be pushed out the door. Upper management doesn't take feedback well unfortunately.
