Pros

They days the owner did not come into the office were great. When the owner was not talking about all of his 20 years ago accomplishments, everyone was happy.

Cons

The owner is an outdated moron that has run off 100 employees in the last few years. Then tries to justify each person that leaves by their flaws, never reflecting what caused them to leave. You let $15M per year worth of producing reps just walk out of the door with no adjustments or immediate policy and salary change? Idiot. Always remember, pride before the fall my friend.

Pros

Family environment, good people, a lot of community events. Great place to get your feet wet in sales or recruiting without a ton of pressure really as long as u show up and try. But not a good place for longevity as there isn't much of a path for growth as a company or leaders to take them to the next level.

Cons

Lack of organization leadership is hindering growth. No real plan, no real metrics to shoot for, no real structure for success. It's all about how u fit in to their religion or if you get cozy with a couple tenured members then you are golden. Otherwise you won't get training or skills for success, basically a random luck of the draw on making calls and hoping to have opportunities. You can be demoted multiple times, quit, and then be brought back at a higher level of u know certain people in the company. Or u can be highly talented, not involved in their religious aspects as a company and u probably will be pushed out the door. Upper management doesn't take feedback well unfortunately.
