Pros

There is a warm welcoming atmosphere here. The management and staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. The COO is one of the nicest people I've ever met. There is an open door policy that even the CEO roles with. You can walk into his office at any time with questions. All of the executive management started where every single one of us did, the bottom. No one looks down on you if you aren't getting it right away. It was a huge change for me when I first started and it took me a few months to close my first deal. I did not go to college for engineering, so learning the lingo takes awhile. There was no deadline on when I had to close one, just pure support and teaching the whole way. There is slim to none micromanaging once you get the hang of it. No one is breathing down your back. Just do your job and you'll be fine. The uncapped commission is wonderful. The more calls you make, the more money in your pocket. They have a lot of outside office activities: softball, basketball, volleyball, bowling, 5k runs, fitness challenges, etc. They encourage you to get involved and stay active. They are also involved in several charities around the city. I never work more than 8 hours a day unless I CHOOSE too.

Cons

If you don't like being thrown into the fire to learn, then this isn't for you. If you don't like to pick up the phone and just do the job, this isn't for you. Yes, the phone is heavy when you first start, it's weird making calls to people you've never met, but that's the job you signed up for and you know that day 1. The saying "Work Hard, Play Hard" is very true here. You're not just going to be handed job orders, you work for them. The base pay is on the lower side, yes, however, I cannot stress enough that if you JUST DO THE JOB, you will never live off of your base pay. There are a lot of managers but when you look at the United States as a whole, only half the states has someone in charge of them. 50 states with 25 managers... there's room to grow. Don't look at it as there are 75 people in the company and 25 managers, look at the big picture!

Pros

Family environment, good people, a lot of community events. Great place to get your feet wet in sales or recruiting without a ton of pressure really as long as u show up and try. But not a good place for longevity as there isn't much of a path for growth as a company or leaders to take them to the next level.

Cons

Lack of organization leadership is hindering growth. No real plan, no real metrics to shoot for, no real structure for success. It's all about how u fit in to their religion or if you get cozy with a couple tenured members then you are golden. Otherwise you won't get training or skills for success, basically a random luck of the draw on making calls and hoping to have opportunities. You can be demoted multiple times, quit, and then be brought back at a higher level of u know certain people in the company. Or u can be highly talented, not involved in their religious aspects as a company and u probably will be pushed out the door. Upper management doesn't take feedback well unfortunately.
