They fired without any information - Graphics Designer TechnoDeed Employee Review

I workd with them as a graphic designer almost month as a fresher, i put my 100% and most of day workd till late night 3am, more than 12hrs. Because of some mistakes they fired me without any information and didn't pay me a single rupees atlist for my effort. This is very bad experience with them as a fresher.
