I have worked for this company for almost 4 years contracting at the same client location as a Senior level associate. This is one of the best consulting companies i have ever worked for.
I wish i could continue but had to switch to a full time opportunity with the same client for more benefits for my family, It was a smooth transition after my resignation unlike with most consulting companies where you will have to go through rough exit but this company management is very nice and easy going.
They let you go easily if you have done everything right from your side. In future if i have to switch to contracting again i will come back.
i felt like sharing few of my positive experience. this is my first review about any employer:
*Transparent - they do what they say and Say what they do. They have been very transparent about my immigration, employment terms and conditions and salary breakups etc... and they honored the terms agreed in the employment offer.
*Clean Immigration: I have gone through H1B Transfer, Amendment and Extension. All went through smoothly with 3 years extension each time. They have done excellent job on immigration paperwork.
Always approachable and supportive staff for any HR questions like immigration related , Insurance, Advance payments, Guidance on stamping concerns etc...
and they share all H1B related documents with the employee which is important.
*Prompt on Salary payments and bonuses.
*Friendly staff. Aggressive marketing, I got two job offers at the same time.
*They adhere to the immigration rules and regulations
*Benefits are good and less expensive
I would recommend to go with them especially if you are experienced. They let you know the rates upfront.
