I have joined them right after my masters. Since them working for them. I got my H1 through them, GC through them. Very good projects and clients with full transparency on Pay stubs and salary. I am very happy to work with them and refer everybody to join them and you will see the difference.

Pros

Technocraft has always provided prompt responses to my calls and emails. The marketing is fast paced and the management is friendly. They also provide a good health insurance package. Perhaps the best thing about Technocraft is that they are very good at filing for immigration papers such as H1b and GC. I had my H1b transferred to this company a few years ago which went very smoothly and now I have my GC with me which was also petitioned by Technocraft. During the filing process, they were very helpful and supportive. All in all, Technocraft is a very good company to work for.

Cons

Technocraft does not provide free online training classes on different technologies to current employees.
