Pros
They offered an opportunity for a job in a small town where there are not very many options for work. They do offer reasonable health insurance and 401K plan.
Cons
Wages are low, incentives promised are not received or changed at will, favoritism is high if you are part of the clique, if not then advancement is nearly impossible. Moral within the work environment is low. Ability to use creativity is not easily, if at all, accepted by management.
