Wish management would fight for higher base salary for certain OEM contract positions. Pay isnt fantastic due to OEM budgeting.

This employer goes out of their way to assist their contractors find new work when contracts end, and fights to get you more money.

Their systems for tracking pay, leave, benefits could be improved.
