Pros
Benefits are inexpensive. I'd say people but hardly anyone communicates. Management only communicates when they complain.
Cons
Flexibility was a pro until recently, now that is gone. They shun remote work, even if work may be done remote. They think everyone has to be face to face, just because, all the time. Not very forward thinking. Pay is lower than industry standards, would be nice to be paid based on one's value instead of what one person thinks. They are phasing out an aspect of the industry, which is not smart at all. So much for strategic planning. There is favoritism there too. Some people are only there to placate the egos of some who did not earn their positions. They have lost a few important people recently but are moving slowly to replace. Others have offered to help but are ignored.
