Great total compensation plans including matching and non-contributory benefits.
Cons
Company has experienced substantial growth over the last few years and is now moved from small business to a mid-tier size (over 500 employees). This change now requires different requirements/processes and procedures and we are experiencing some transitional growing pains. This just means additional documentation and workflows.
